This short article from Inc.com has lots in it we like. "You'll sell more if you talk about your product using language your customer understands." This includes using plain language that is customer-oriented rather than product-oriented. i.e. talks about benefits rather than features.
This is basic stuff, but you'd be surprised how difficult it is for companies, especially technology companies, to move away from what they've got and focus on what that can do for their customers. And this is ironic, because it was often known customer needs, or their own needs as users that led them to create their product in the first place.
At Usher & Spur, we go a step further to help customers understand, focusing on how the offering can soothe customers' pains and respond to their business concerns. Find out more in OUR OFFER.
